Trimble has released new firmware for its GFX Series displays. This firmware fixes numerous bugs and adds some features as outlined below:

New Feature Highlights

IonoGuard RTX

Trimble® IonoGuard™ technology mitigates multiple ionospheric disturbance phenomena, effects of polar geomagnetic storms, and ionospheric gradients that happen as a user gets closer to the equator. This has been implemented on the newest NAV-960 guidance controller – along with the NAV-900 – and now supports Trimble CenterPoint® and RangePoint® RTX corrections. The feature can be enabled in Precision-IQ via the switch in the GNSS Setup tab and is available for select regions in South America.

WM Survey

Now integrated into Precision-IQ, streamlining the workflow and complexity for Water Management operations.

GNSS Enhancements

• • IonoGuard for RTX corrections is now available for use with NAV-900 and NAV-960 guidance controllers.

Guidance/Mapping Enhancements

• • VDM-912: calibration has been refined to produce a more accurate gain value. [AGFUSION-7109]
    
  • Improved “incorrect controller orientation” alert when using a NAV-960 guidance controller. [AGAM-34950]
    
  • Improved handling of legacy guidance data missing elevation attributes. In previous versions this missing attribute could lead to a shifting of the line. [AGAM-34285 ]

Water Solutions Enhancements

WM-Survey on Precision-IQ is now released.

• • Ability to export designs out of GFX displays.
    
  • Addition of split screen, all controls are now on Run screen and no longer in drawer.
    
  • Moved chevrons into Run screen.
    
  • Added ability to show cut/fill and height map on the Run screen.

Data Transfer Enhancements

• • Improved handling of fields containing multiple .pos files. This would lead to line shifts. [AGAM-34618]
    
  • AgGPS files modified by MacOS where not properly imported due to hidden files added by the OS. These files are now explicitly ignored when being imported into Precision-IQ. [AGAM-34619]
